Jessica L. Dudasik
Attorney at Law
I concentrate my practice in divorce and family law litigation. I have a passion for cases involving complex financial issues involving businesses, high net worth estates, forensic accounting, support calculation and dissipation. A substantial portion of my practice also involves cases with child related issues such as custody, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, and relocation. I am a fierce advocate for clients and their children who are victims of domestic violence and abuse.
I have a distinctive/personal/unique understanding of the emotional aspects of a divorce and help my clients to navigate through those difficult times. What my clients love about me is that when they communicate with me, they feel heard. They also know that I will fight for them and will not back down to a bully or a narcissist. Over the course of my career I have conducted numerous financial and custody related trials, however no case is too small to benefit from my attention and tenacity.
I joined Fay, Farrow & Associates, P.C. in 2021 after practicing family law for ten years primarily in Will County.
I am licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and practice in the counties of DuPage, Will, Cook, Kane, and Kendall.
